We're not raw foodists, vegetarians or vegans. We're just doing our best to eat like we live in the Garden of Eden. A New Green!
Kyle and I found this at the health food store last night
Dandelion greens! They are super rich in Vitamins A and K and 15% calcium. I had them in my green smoothie this morning and they did not disappoint!
