Try This in the VitaMix
1 cucumber, partially peeled
1/2 c. cold water
3 c. ice cubes
1/3 c. honey
juice from 1/2 a lime (or more to taste)
1/4 t. fine grain sea salt
I'll have to try this one. I LOVE cucumbers!
