From Green Smoothies to homemade fruit rollups, we're on a mission to teach our children how to eat healthy, to prevent disease and cancer and to enjoy every meal for it's taste and nutritional benefits. We're not raw foodists, vegetarians or vegans. We're just doing our best to eat like we live in the Garden of Eden. Our Principles are to make our own food, to eat our greens, to eat living foods as much as possible and to cook less, blend and dehydrate more.

Garden Goodies

Our lettuce and spinach bolted a while back, but we're still getting a lot of good greens from the kale, rainbow chard, carrots, and beets!

We used our garlic for the first time a couple nights ago and it was SOOOO good. Best garlic I've ever had. It was so strong and spicy. I highly recommend giving garlic a try in your garden.
